  *   Windows key+D  
    * Takes you to the desktop

  * configure Start page as desired
  * To start sysprep, you must be Administrator. If the system is part of a domain, you must be Domain Administrator (or remove the system from the domain)

    * Select Enter System Audit Mode and Reboot and click OK.
