Installation Repositories
SmartClient itself should work with most Linux distributions.
The installation with netboot is distribution independent.
Main parts of the SmartClient framework are written in Perl and should also work on most Linux distributions.
However, most installations are done with Suse Linux.
Prepackaged RPMs are created by the openSUSE Build Service, which is capable to create RPMS (and DEBs) for many distributions.
